By coordinating directly with the founder, I translate upcoming promos, wellness packages, and career opportunities into intentional graphics and language that honor the deep-rooted philosophy of the brand.
Beyond content creation, my role is centered on digital stewardship. I manage the daily heartbeat of their social platforms, ensuring every comment is seen and every DM is met with a thoughtful response. By maintaining this active line of communication, I provide the structure that allows Chozu’s online presence to breathe, ensuring that their community feels heard and held long before they ever step into the sanctuary of the steam room.
