Redefining the Dental Experience

Going to the dentist is a primary source of anxiety for many. Mint Dental, an all-female practice, set out to change that. They didn't just want to provide excellent clinical care; they wanted to redefine the environment entirely by making it a space of ease, safety, and warmth. With a busy patient load, they needed a partner to ensure their digital presence felt as calming as their physical office.

I stepped in to provide the "white space" the Mint team needed to remain fully focused on their patients. By managing their social media presence, I’ve helped them build a bridge of trust before a patient even walks through the door. I translate their nurturing, professional environment into a digital space that eliminates the "scary dentist" stigma. Beyond social storytelling, I create other assets as needed such as custom appointment cards to internal documents.
